Creamy Truffle Camembert

Ingredients

Wheel of good quality double brie/camembert cheese

30g of fresh black truffle (20g fine)

Directions

Slice wheel of the brie/camembert horizontally so that you have two circle halves.

Shave the truffle very finely over the inside of one half of cheese.

Make sure you cover the cheese with a layer of truffle so it that goes right to the edges.

Once done, place the other half of the cheese on top of the truffle so the wheel is back together.

Wrap the cheese and place in the fridge for a few days so the truffle can infuse with the cheese.

Remove cheese from the fridge well prior to serving.
